At Encouraging Her Resilience, we believe that how you begin your week sets the tone for everything that follows. Monday Meditation is a powerful way to start your week off centered in God’s presence, grounding yourself in His peace, and preparing your heart and mind for the days ahead.

Why Begin Your Week with Meditation in God?

Life can be hectic and overwhelming, especially in the recovery journey. By taking time every Monday morning to meditate, you are inviting God to guide you and strengthen your spirit for the week’s challenges and victories. Here’s why starting your week with meditation can make a difference:

  • Grounds You in God’s Peace: Starting the week with focused time in God’s presence helps you face whatever comes your way with a sense of calm and peace.

How Monday Meditation Works

Our Monday Meditation sessions are held virtually every Monday from 7:00–7:30 am Pacific Time. We invite you to join us for a 30-minute session that will set your heart on God as you step into a new week. Each session will include:

  • A brief opening prayer to invite God’s presence
  • A Scripture focus to meditate on
  • A guided reflection, encouraging you to focus on God’s plan for your week
  • Time for personal prayer and reflection
  • A closing prayer for strength, peace, and guidance for the week ahead
